Assisted Stretch sessions are one-on-one sessions with a qualified Stretch Therapist. Assisted Stretching sessions are designed to suit your individual needs. Target problem area’s or have the Therapist guide you through a full stretch.
Stretching has many benefits including improving strength conditioning, reducing risk of injuries, and help joint movement.
1 and 1.5 Hour Stretch
Try 1 & 1.5 hour session for a full body stretch experience. This will allow the Therapist will focus on all major muscle groups. It helps with improving muscle flexibility, joint stiffness and stretching out tight muscles.
30 Minute Stretch
Try our 30 min session for specific Muscle relief. This is where the Therapist will target muscle specific muscles groups and is also great for people short on time.
